Last week was terrible, with only 4 correct. It has been difficult beating the spreads. What used to be called home field advantage doesn’t seem to exist anymore. In the 2020 season road teams had a better record, ( 127-128-1) than the home team. That is happening again in 2021. So here are my picks for this week. I can’t see how I can be worse than last week so things should be looking up. We shall see. In my defense I will just talk about the Baltimore Ravens game from last week.The spread was Ravens -7.5. Even if the Ravens didn’t cover there is no way Miami should have beat them outright. Very frustrating!
At least my wife’s method is failing as well. So she is not pulling away from me right now. I am still hoping to catch her for the season. As they say never give up the ship.
Just one comment about the Jets game. I picked Buffalo because that is what the data I use to compile my information on my picks says. As a Jet fan I am hoping that their defense shows up they will be able be respectable against Buffalo today.
