Jets 90 Man Roster Going into Training Camp

NFL training camp has a unified start date.

NFL Football Training camps  are almost here! This is the first time in NFL history that the teams have a unified start. All teams except the Pittsburg Steelers, Dallas Cowboys starting July 21st and Tampa Bay starting July 24 start July 27th. Teams are allowed to enter training camp with a 90 man roster. There will be a three step cut down to reach the 53 man roster to start the season.

Zach Wilson has some tools to work with.

The Jets aren’t doing to Zach Wilson what they did to Sam Darnold. They are giving him a core of wide receivers that should cause problems for any defensive coverage schemes. We will only know what Sam could have been with the 2021 season. Sam is in a much better situation and I wish him luck. Well except for the first game of the season anyway. The jets on paper are a much improved team with a much better head coach.

The Jets 90 man roster shows promise.

So lets take a look at the players. In my opinion the Jets Joe Douglas made good use of both the draft and free agency. The final roster for this team will consist of returning JET’S, solid veterans and some good draft picks. Click on the photo below to see the roster.
