SHOPPING CARTS!
WELL ISN’T THIS A PRETTY SIGHT!
Why can’t people bring their shopping carts back to the place they got them?
Is it that long of a walk from the lot to the front of the store? In this case it is only about 25 feet. In supermarket lots like Shoprite, where depending on where you park, it can be a longer walk; it is a little more excusable. But that being said I say you should bring the cart back.
In supermarket’s they have cart collectors who have to round up the carts and return them to the stations that house them. Why should they even need the cart collectors? If everybody brought them back there would be no need for a cart collector or a ding in your car door. I know that has happened to me. Not only can’t they bring their cart back but they can’t even put it in a place where it won’t roll down a hill and hit somebody else’s car. Nobody has any concern or regard for other people’s property. It is truly sad that people just don’t care. Just leave the cart any old place, let it roll down a hill and BAM, hit someone else’s car. That just ain’t right!!
So the bottom line is bring your carts back!
Don’t just leave them in the lot.
Many people could use the exercise anyway. I make it a habit of parking my car as far as I can whenever I park. You would be surprised how many extra steps you will mount up during the course of a week.
